HontzaClear cannot launch without a licensed customs broker. Andrew must either:
- Pass the U.S. Customs Broker License exam (April or October)
- OR establish a partnership with a licensed broker

Study for customs broker license exam. 30-60 min daily study sessions alongside HontzaTrack development.
April/October 2025: Take Exam
U.S. Customs Broker License exam administered by CBP. April is primary target, October is backup.
Q3 2025: License & Setup
Upon passing, complete license application process. Set up ACE portal access, surety bond, operating procedures.
Q4 2025: Public Launch
Launch HontzaClear with 3-5 pilot clients from HontzaTrack/Pay customer base. Full entry filing with real-time monitoring.
Alternative Path: Broker Partnership
If exam timeline doesn't work, explore partnership with existing licensed broker:
- White-label arrangement where partner handles filings
- Hontza provides technology layer (tracking, alerts, transparency)
- Revenue share model with established broker
- Could launch sooner but with lower margins
